The first entry for my album of the summer. It’s been a frequent flyer at the roastery and on the road during coffee deliveries. Early morning or late evening, it’s a heavy hitter either way.
Our signature dark roast from the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala, this is roasted semi-dark to keep it smooth while bringing in notes of dark chocolate, hazelnuts, and blackberries.
