Widowspeak - Roses

This one happened to be one I just stumbled upon. I’ve been really enjoying the 2026 album “Roses” by Widowspeak, that just came out on June 4. They’ve been described as ‘cowboy pop’ and I can get behind that descriptor! I have a song in my recent playlist for the ‘Sibling Rivalry’ medium roast but honestly the whole album is pretty great. It’s well worth a listen if you like the easy-going chillwave indie that sounds like a summer night.

I’m partial to tracks “No Driver” and '“Soft Cover”.
