An organic decaf coffee from Peru that is decaffeinated using a swiss-water process to provide smooth and bold tasting notes. Hints of baked apple, almond and brown sugar.

Our signature dark roast from the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala, this is roasted semi-dark to keep it smooth while bringing in notes of dark chocolate, hazelnuts, and blackberries.

Our flagship blend. This is a full bodied medium roast sourced from the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala. Packed with flavour, this roast brings in notes of milk chocolate, cherry and toffee.

Our Story

We’re a small batch roastery located in White Rock, BC. With a focus on creating unique blends that combine bold flavours and smooth, full-bodied coffee. Established in 2024, our micro-roastery takes care and pride in developing coffee that is rich and deep in flavour.

Cafe Justicia Collective

Cafe Justicia is an organic “fair trade-plus” coffee grown by Mayan communities on the volcanic slopes above Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. It is produced by cooperatives organized by the Campesino Committee of the Highlands (CCDA). Sales of the coffee not only support the families of cooperative members but also fund social development projects in surrounding communities and the CCDA’s broader struggle for social justice in Guatemala.

Our Coffee

We use Cafe Justicia beans imported directly from the Lake Atitlan region in Guatemala. Lake Atitlan has a terroir of mostly volcanic soil, giving its coffee bright acidity with strong notes of chocolate, caramel, and fruit.
